More than a thousand students from mainstream and special education schools joined Sharity on a learning journey to care and share at the River Safari.

Organised by Community Chest and Wildlife Reserves Singapore, Community Chest Sharity Day 2017 celebrateed the coming together of our community partners, corporate volunteers, and students from both mainstream and special schools, in hope of teaching the next generation that everyone can play a part in building a caring and more inclusive community.

Over 200 corporate volunteers signed up as SHARE Guides, who befriended and guided our friends with special needs through a River Safari Park tour. Some students also stepped up as event emcees and facilitators for experiential activities, helping their peers to understand the challenges that persons with disabilities face and encouraged them to be more caring.
